Established in 1995, Europtex Fashion Ltd is a Hong Kong based company who is a key member of Royal Spirit Group –

We focus on our production in key procurement markets as Bangladesh mainly for Discount market as well as Vietnam for High end Fashion market through our license offices.

We also have our own sales office in Germany to cater value added services such as designs and developments, import and logistics facilities to our customers. Furthermore we finance 100% to our customers through our head office in Hong Kong.

Our office is located in Uttara, Dhaka – Bangladesh. Over 100 staff members to assure the best out-put from our production facilities who are fully complianced and strongly committed to social and environmental responsibilities.

(We are a Co-initiator of the “Accord” on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh. And a member of the “Business Social Compliance Initiative - BSCI”)

And our office is equipped with an own laboratory which is facilitating to make over 30 physical test requirements plus in-house sample room to accommodate a fast and eminence service to our customers.

The major customers are from Europe, Brazil & Japan for all kind of Sweaters, Circular knits & Woven. (Blouses and shirts, Jeans and pants, Jackets, Sleepwear and Baby products)

Today we are one of the largest and most successful garment exporters from Bangladesh with an annual output of approximately 30-40 Million Pieces / US$100 Million turnover.

Social and Environmental Responsibility

Europtex Fashion Ltd is fully aware about its social and environmental responsibility

In May 2013 the company was one of the first Asian enterprises to sign the “Accord on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh”. As a signatory to this landmark agreement we are committed to the goal of a safe and sustainable Bangladeshi Ready-Made Garment (“RMG”) industry and have agreed to establish a fire and safety building program.

We are also a member of the BUSINESS SOCIAL COMPLIANCE INITIATIVE (BSCI) of the Foreign Trade Association (FTA) with the goal to improve working conditions and build ethical and transparent supply chains.

In October 2013 the company joined the project “Cotton made in Africa” by the Aid by Trade Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry. As partners in the Cotton made in Africa initiative, we are making a contribution to Africa’s future. The Cotton made in Africa initiative improves living conditions for African cotton farmers and their families.
